Ten Carmichael-area high school basketball teams have made the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs starting Tuesday and Wednesday, section officials announced Sunday.
The girls begin play Tuesday and boys on Wednesday. Both boys and girls teams from Del Campo, Rio Americano, Victory Christian and Sacramento Adventist made the playoffs.
The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, all games start at 7 p.m.
Girls Division II No. 2 El Camino hosts No. 15 River Valley
No. 9 Del Campo at No. 8 Inderkum
No. 12 Rio Americano at No. 5 Del Oro
D-VI No. 1 Victory Christian hosts No. 8 Valley Christian
No. 6 Sacramento Adventist at No. 3 Trinity Prep
Wednesday, all games start at 7 p.m.
Boys D-I No. 2 Jesuit hosts No. 15 Nevada Union
D-II No. 6 Del Campo hosts No. 11 Yuba City
No. 13 Rio Americano at No. 4 Bella Vista
D-VI No. 1 Victory Christian hosts No. 8 Wilton Christian
No. 2 Sacramento Adventist hosts Trinity Prep
